I am a PACFA Registered Relational Gestalt Psychotherapist, working in a holistic, relational, and curious way. While my core training is in Gestalt psychotherapy, my work is also informed by attachment theory, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems, reflecting my interest in how our nervous system, early relationships, and inner parts shape the way we experience ourselves and the world.

Much of what brings people to therapy lives just outside conscious awareness: familiar patterns, emotional reactions, and ways of being that no longer serve us. These patterns can be difficult to shift alone. Therapy offers a space to gently bring them into awareness, soften their hold, and create more choice in how you relate to yourself, others, and life.

I see therapy as an unfolding process rather than something to be fixed. Change often happens naturally, not through force, but through presence. When we slow down and learn to witness our inner world with honesty and compassion, something loosens. We become more available, more alive, and more aligned with who we truly are.

At the heart of my work is a belief shared across many wisdom traditions: what we are seeking is already within us. Beneath our coping strategies, defences, and old stories lies an innate intelligence, a quiet, steady knowing that can guide us when we learn how to listen.

I often support people experiencing:

  • Trauma and early relational wounds

  • Feeling stuck in relationship patterns that no longer serve you

  • Parenting and motherhood challenges

  • Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or stress

  • Depression or low mood

  • Life transitions or periods of uncertainty

  • A desire for vitality, to feel more connected to yourself, others, and the world

  • A desire for deeper self-understanding and authenticity

My approach is grounded not only in professional training but also in lived experience including childhood trauma, sexual abuse, grief, and my roles as a daughter, mother, and partner, along with an ongoing commitment to personal growth and healing. These experiences continue to inform how I sit with others with humility, respect, and deep care.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You hold the deepest knowledge of your own experience. My role is to support the process and allow it to unfold. I bring warmth, compassion, intuition, grounded truth, and hope into the space. My intention is to support you in reconnecting with your authenticity and living in greater alignment with your values, relationships, and inner truth.

The first step can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. I welcome you to call, text, or email to ask questions or arrange an initial session. We can discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels like a good fit.
