A space for the whole of you
At various points in life, often more than once, things fall apart. When this happens, we are faced with a choice: to sink, remain stuck, repeat unconscious patterns, or move courageously into the discomfort of healing and transformation. While the process can be messy and confronting, it is also one of the most valuable investments we can make in ourselves and for our lives.
Our emotional wounds are not something to get rid of. They are often gateways into deeper wisdom, connection, and vitality. A wise teacher of mine once said, “If therapy is not about raising vitality, I don’t know what it is about.”
In our work together, we explore your experience as a whole: mind, body, emotions, relationships, and spirit. This includes paying attention not only to thoughts and stories, but also to sensations, emotions, impulses, beliefs, the wider context, and relational patterns as they arise in the present moment.
My work is informed by over a decade of study in psychotherapy, somatic awareness, body-based practices, and felt sense work. I understand therapy as a space where all of these layers are welcome.
Life speaks to us in many languages: through emotion, physical sensation, intuition, perception, memory, behaviour, and belief. Within each of these expressions is valuable information. Together, we slow down and listen, allowing insight, integration, and deeper connection to emerge naturally.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, or a general sense of feeling stuck or disconnected.
Our sessions are collaborative and relational, focused on increasing awareness, presence, emotional capacity, and self-understanding. Rather than trying to change you, the work supports you in coming home to yourself, with greater clarity, self-trust, and freedom.
To support continuity and depth in the process, I generally recommend meeting weekly or fortnightly for the first ten sessions. This initial rhythm helps establish safety, momentum, and a strong therapeutic foundation, after which session frequency can be reviewed together.
50-minute session: $160
90-minute session: $200
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full fee.
Couples Therapy
I support couples who want to better understand the patterns influencing their relationship, reconnect where distance has developed, and strengthen a bond that feels safe, open, and genuinely connected. Rather than focusing on blame or identifying one partner as the problem, our work centres on the dynamic you create together and how it unfolds in real time.
In this work together, it can become possible to notice recurring interaction patterns with greater clarity and gradually soften their hold, creating space to respond with awareness and presence rather than reacting automatically. Over time, many couples begin to experience a growing sense of emotional safety and mutual understanding, and may find themselves better able to stay present and grounded, even during challenging conversations. As this unfolds, there is often the potential for trust to be restored, for closeness to re-emerge, and for intimacy to develop in ways that feel steady, authentic, and sustainable.
As with individual therapy, I typically suggest beginning with weekly or fortnightly sessions for the first ten meetings to support continuity, depth, and meaningful progress before reassessing together.
